Client Solutions Manager


As Client Solutions Manager (CSM) you will serve as the trusted point of contact for Seebo’s portfolio of customers, beginning from the point of sale and extending through onboarding and the smart product end-to-end development and manufacturing cycle.
Your days will be filled with inspiration and drudgery from the world of your clients’ products. You will be responsible for generating ideas, exploring user experience and play patterns, giving clients feedback and steering projects toward success. You will be pulled in multiple directions as you support business units across the organization as well as keeping clients on aggressive timelines while juggling a number of other important functions all while keeping your composure in stressful situations. We are looking for someone who has smarts, is excited to work hard and loves to play!

What You Will Do:
Have full responsibility for projects, from characterization to seeing a final product on the shelves
Prioritize development tasks in a dynamic environment while meeting hard deadlines
Work with the top executives at our partner companies in an international environment
Interface among the different departments within Seebo and support the efforts of R&D and Business Development
Learn quickly and be challenged in a number of areas, such as: product development, app development and technical obstacles

You’ve proven excellence records in Academics/Sports/Army/Community or any other field
Organized and able to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks and deliver
Excellent English – spoken & written
Professional background in projects management – an advantage
Technical background / experience in research – an advantage.
