Questions about the sprint
What does the Accelerator Sprint cost?
The sprint has a fixed price that we will tell you in the first call. You only pay if the results helped you.
How much time do I have to invest myself?
For a new product, usually three to five workshops of two hours each, plus kick-off, follow-up questions and a results meeting. For an existing process we work on site for a few days with your experts. The calendar time is three to four weeks.
Which methods do you use in the sprint?
Gap analysis of the organization's maturity, Business Model Canvas for new products or value stream analysis for existing processes, a business case with target unit costs, system context and specification with export as SysML v2, make-or-buy per component, bill-of-materials forecast and a roadmap as backlog.

The person who makes the final decision, and the experts who know the product or process best. Without the decision maker, the result lacks commitment.
Do I have to continue developing with IOX afterwards?
No. All results belong to you. You can keep building internally, commission another service provider or continue with IOX. The recommendation may also be to build the product differently or not at all.
Can we start development right away?
Yes. Then we work as an agile development program steered by IOX, including steering production. There is no fixed price for the whole product, especially when no requirements specification exists yet and questions remain open. Instead we plan in stages: before each stage we agree on goal, scope and price, and afterwards you decide whether to continue. The first stage clarifies the open questions. We still recommend the Accelerator Sprint, because in two weeks it shows what actually needs to be built afterwards.
Does the sprint take place online or on site?
Both work. Workshops for a new product mostly run online. We analyze an existing process on site, at your location or in Cologne.
