IOX Tag and Track - Your RFID Solution
A basic radio frequency identification (RFID) system consists of a reader and a transponder, the RFID-tag. The reader uses radio frequency waves to transmit signals to activate the tag. The RFID tag has a microchip that serves as database. It receives the energy via an attached antenna and transfersย information back to the reader.

Your challenges without RFID
Manual processes and worldwide, untraceable inventory cause long delivery times, over- and under-coverage and a lack of transparency for suppliers and customers.
There is no individual identification or location of components (from bolts to cylinders) to support maintenance.
There is a lack of transparency regarding the state of the components and materials as well as the component history.
RFID as a solution
RFID tags for individual cylinders and pipelines as data storage. They are read by RFID gates and RFID hand scanners.
Automated inventory identification and tracking through connected RFID gates in any relevant facility worldwide.
Responsive Equipment Dashboard as information interface for customers and employees.
